It's New Year!!!! Another year has come for us to change ourselves to be a better human being, another year to create good memories!! So we were watching TV for the countdown since we don't have the same time on our clocks so yeah!! 10 seconds to go and we're already standing ready to jump since it's a superstition that if you jump on the 1st day of the year prolly at 12 mn you'll grow taller over the year! Since, i'm really short, standing 5'2 I was jumping like crazy like literally crazy hahaha We don't have firecrackers so we just used this what we called torotot it's like a horn in english. Our city do not allow its citizens to use firecrackers to avoid serious injuries so probably our hospitals here in Davao is the only hospital who's not busy enough during Christmas holidays!! So after all the chaos in welcoming 2013, we ate and took pictures and at around 2 in the morning it feels normal again! we were on our phones, watching tv, no one's saying a word it's like it just passed. hahaha we only stayed at home and no one was drinking so it was just plainly welcoming New Year and then we're done! hahaha. so that's just how it was. In the afternoon of January 1, we went to the cemetery since our lolo, the dad of my dad, is celebrating it's 4th death anniversary. We hanged out awhile with our cousins, but i'm not that close to them so I haven't really talked a lot which makes me uncomfortable but i can't do anything about it. In the midst of talking rain suddenly started to fall, or a just a drizzle so we packed our things and started praying the rosary and after praying the rosary we bid goodbye to the relatives and my family went to SM Davao to chill. We stayed at Starbucks until around 9pm and it feels like already 11 because it was so quiet in the mall, there were only few people who are hanging out so my sister and I bought Krispy Kreme just because. So we went home and that was it. I called it a night and went for a good night sleep. lol.
