So my morning routine is just the same. Breakfast and all.
Finally it's the Mekong Trip already! We were fetch at our hotel at around 7 30 in the morning by our tour guide and picked up one by one our family for the day. The Mekong place is like 2 hours away from the City approximately 70 kms according to the tour guide who I forgot the name. On our first stop, the Unicorn Island, just there that I noticed that all this time we had this very hot guy along with us in the bus!! His name is Nicholas and is currently living in Singapore. He's really pogi even though his voice is really deep, really deep that it sounds awkward alreadyyy. haha. There we ate fresh fruits which is not very new to me they're rambutan, chico, papaya and pineapple. The highlights of that snack are the Vietnamese who sang for us and this family from New Zealand who doesn't know how to eat a rambutan!
After Unicorn Island we rode again on the row row boat going back to the engine boat going to another island where they make coconut candies and snake wines(which is pretty gross). Here I noticed the girls from New Zealand. Ahhhh they're very pretty and very white! Their looks are very tumblr worthyyyy! I envy them :( But going back, after the coconut candy making part we walked for a while and reach the place where we have to ride a horse going to a place that we call bayan here in the Philippines. We had lunch there and after eating lunch we rode bikes. Kuya Karl and I was biking around the place when eventually the dad and his daughter (the NZ fam) was in sight! So we rode bikes for a while together and had small conversations.
It was already 3 in the afternoon when we arrived back to our bus. On our way back to Saigon we stopped by the Mekong Garden which has a really nice ambiance. The place is very relaxing! There my family and the New Zealand family exchange greetings. We formally introduced ourselves but we didn't really know their real name and I do not know when will I see them again.
So we arrived in Saigon at around 4 & we were really tired to shop so we rested for a bit in the hotel and went to Behn Than hotel at night and we spent all of our money there because we can't use it anymore here in the Phils so we really had lots of bags full of pasalubongs and things we bought for ourselves! hahaha.
so that was kinda like it. bye.
